Prasoon Joshi also led McCann Worldgroup in creating a print campaign for World For All, an animal welfare organization in Mumbai. The campaign consisted of three ads featuring a family, a couple, and a pair of kids. The photographs use framing and lighting techniques to reveal the silhouettes of a dog, a cat, and a rabbit in the negative space between the subjects. The tagline “There’s always room for more. Adopt.” The creative is still circulating on social media and the internet. The ad was so iconic that it still intrigues and engages the audience inspite of the medium.

Another example of Joshi’s work is the “Share a Coke” campaign for Coca-Cola India. The campaign encouraged consumers to personalize Coca-Cola bottles with their own names or the names of loved ones and share them on social media.
